At Indus Eagle Trading LLC, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund guidelines below.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- The request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The product is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure safety, hygiene, and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care and hygiene products
- Beauty, skincare, or cosmetic items
- Opened food or grocery items
- Customized, used, or damaged goods
- Clearance or final sale items

Return Process
- Contact us at 314-624-2523 to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number, item(s), and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will give you the return instructions and shipping details.
- Items must be sent back in original condition and well-packaged.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- If the error is on our side, we will cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note: Shipping fees (if paid) are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery:

Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
- If the order has already shipped, you must follow the return process after delivery.
