If title requests aren’t put in personalization, the titles in the main picture are used unless it’s a name displayed – in which case we’ll contact you. If “menu” is requested – we always include the days of the week below unless otherwise pictured on our listing or you specifically request it without them. If a design has checkboxes and you don’t mention if you’d like them on/off, we use our best judgment.

Please note all designs are made with the same lettering format as the main picture lettering format as in all caps, all lowercase, titlecase. This format is followed unless you specifically request by writing “use title case, lowercase, uppercase” instructions in your personalization section. This needs to be our policy since a lot of phones/computers autocorrect formatting when customers are ordering.

⋇ note: the whole & magnetic color packages enable magnets to stick to the front of the board. Cheap/weak magnets won’t work. If the magnets you have can’t hold up to 4 pieces of paper on a fridge, they’re too weak. Anything stronger will work great!

We guarantee the board will wipe clean with Circle & Square markers. After testing formula after formula over the years, we’ve chosen our favorite! We cannot guarantee someone else’s marker will work flawlessly on our boards since there are so many cheaper and varied formulas out there.

| 𝐑𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲
I can accept returns on new, unused items – except for items with personalization or customization. Keep all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs $25+ usually. If the item is not returned in its original, new condition in original packaging, the customer is responsible for any loss in value.
