📌How to Use:
1. Download the for iprint application from for app store by searching for iprint for both for Android and for IOS users.
2. Once the application is installed and opened on your connected device, enable Bluetooth on your phone. Open the application and click on the Select Device button at the top. Go to the My Devices page and click on the Bluetooth name starting with GT08 to connect the internal Bluetooth. If the Bluetooth doesn’t show up after inputting, click on the reload button and try again.

✔️3.We have added a detailed tutorial to the “iprint” APP. View steps: Open the APP >> Click Help with the app. The tutorial includes how to connect to a Bluetooth printer, how to load paper, and how to print files. You can click on each tutorial to view it, including detailed video steps.

1. Hello, if the device Bluetooth is not found, you can follow the steps below to search again:
1 Restart the printer to ensure it is not connected to other devices.
2 Make sure the phone Bluetooth is turned on.
3 Please turn on GPS location information in the phone settings and enable location permissions in the app permissions. Please click on the device in the app’s My Devices list to connect. Thank you!

• Q: I can’t find the connected device when adding it to the application?
  A: Please check if the device is turned on to ensure the Bluetooth is working properly.
• Q: What should I do if my device cannot print?
  A: 1. Make sure the phone Bluetooth is on and check for other connections to this device. 2. Check if the thermal paper is stuck. 3. If the print head is overheated, wait for it to cool down before trying to print again.
• Q: Why is the printout blank with no content?
  A: This may be due to improper installation of the printing paper. Please refer to the ‘Replacing Printing Paper’ instructions for reinstallation.
• Q: Why do the printed letters fade?
  A: 1. Check if the device is on low power. 2. Check for stains on the print head, gently wipe with an alcohol swab.
