This is a 3D-printed product, which are made by adding very thin layers of plastic, one layer at a time. Slight imperfections are expected, but I work hard to avoid them. I do this by printing cosmetic parts at 0.16mm – 0.2mm layer heights and optimizing my designs for 3d printing.
