All our shoes and boots are custom made to your feet’s measurements. We hand cut the pattern, hand stitch the shoes and hand dye/polish them for you.

Once we start making your shoes or boots we will share photos and videos of the shoes as they are being made at regular intervals so you can see how the work is progressing.

We offer a free design your own shoe service, you may tweak the design or customise aspects as the work progresses on your shoes.

All shoes are Goodyear Welted, hand cut and hand stitched. Our cobblers follow a time-honoured traditional English shoe making process.

A personal wooden last is constructed to your feet’s measurements and then the shoes and boots are painstakingly constructed by hand around it. The result is a unique shoe or boot that fits the contours of your feet perfectly.

2. Can you make a pair of my old shoes which I really like?

Yes, we can make any design of shoes or boots, simply share photos of what you want made and our cobbler will work with you to ensure that we are able to make the shoes for you. This service is free.

3. I have a large size or a wide foot?

We can make shoes in any size from US 2.5 to US 22 and in any width.

4. How long does it take for me to receive the shoes?

We offer worldwide free expedited shipping with every order, we ship using FedEx or DHL.

We aim to deliver shoes within 14-18 days of you placing the order. It takes our cobblers around 9 – 12 days to make the shoes. Shipping takes between 3-5 days.
