Matte Black Bathroom Privacy Indicator Door Lock

The ADA Compliant Matte Black Bathroom Privacy Indicator Lock is constructed of water-proof zinc and features a tri-coat of UV and water-resistant professional matte clear coat over flat black. It’s assembled with great attention to detail using ultra high quality carbon phosphate steel E-clips to ensure smooth easy action and maximum durability. The 1.5″ turn lever can be toggled open and closed with just a fingertip, there’s no twisting of the wrist or significant pressure required.

A surface mounted door strike and a universal edge strike are included, making it easy to install the indicator lock on doors that close flush with the frame as well as doors with borders or molding on the frame.

It’s available with the standard ‘occupied’ in white text on red background and ‘vacant’ in white text on green background or you can choose from a variety of languages and styles.

Includes 8 Black phosphate mounting screws, a turn-bar for standard 1.75″ thick doors and easy-to-follow drill template and mounting instructions. Universal handing allows for mounting on both left and right-hand doors of any thickness. Let us know if your door is thicker than 1.75″ and we’ll cut a longer turn-bar for you at no extra charge. A slot on the outside indicator section allows for quick emergency access with a coin or screwdriver.
