If title requests aren’t put in personalization, the titles in the main picture are used unless it’s a name displayed – in which case we’ll contact you. If “menu” is requested – we always include the days of the week below unless otherwise pictured on our listing or you specifically request it without them. If a design has checkboxes and you don’t mention if you’d like them on/off, we use our best judgment.

Please note all designs are made with the same lettering format as the main picture lettering format as in all caps, all lowercase, titlecase. This format is followed unless you specifically request by writing “use title case, lowercase, uppercase” instructions in your personalization section. This needs to be our policy since a lot of phones/computers autocorrect formatting when customers are ordering.

All our boards are guaranteed to wipe clean with Circle & Square brand markers. After testing countless formulas over the years, we’ve created the most vivid colors that also erase easily. Due to so many cheaper and varied formulas – we can’t guarantee other brands will work as flawlessly.

I can accept returns on new, unused items – except for personalized or customized items. Keep all original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and order processing costs $25+ usually. If not returned in its original, new condition in original packaging, the customer is responsible for any loss in value. Additionally, our premium acrylic 36×47.5 and 18”x47.5” size has a $90 processing cost.
