Hungarian Smoked Dry Sausages Kolbasz

“Gyulai” Hungarian smoked sausage, named after the city of Gyula, is specially made for us by our famous manufacturer. All our famous sausages contain the characteristics which originated with the tradition of Hungary and Central Europe. “Gyulai Sausage” Hungarian Brand sausage is made with coarsely chopped meat is blended with world renowned Hungarian Paprika.

“Csabai” Hungarian smoked sausage has the same characters of the “Gyulai” but slightly spicier. It is Otto’s BEST SELLER.

“Paraszt” Hungarian Sausage is slightly dry with a garlic flavor. “Csabai” sausage is slightly spicy.

“Debrecini” is a small version of the Gyulai and great for BBQ’s, breakfasts, lunch or a quick dinner.

“Cserkesz”, is a thin Hungarian smoked sausage. Slightly dry and great to munch on. This sausage is called the boy scout sausage because it used to carried by Hungarian Boy Scouts in their back packs.

“Eros”, is a “Hot” Hungarian dry sausage. The driest of all our sausages.

All the sausages above are shipped and priced in pairs.

The “Gypsy”, is a double smoked semi-dry sausage, black skin in color, and contains nice elgant neutral spices and does not contain paprika. This is sometimes called “the wedding” sausage. The Gypsy sausage comes in a long 14″ to 16″ long stick. If you order two, they are linked together as a pair. Also, available as a pair.

Debrecini are smaller pairs thus, priced at 3 pairs per pack

Weight varies and usually depends on style. Most pairs weigh between ~3/4 to ~1.2 lbs.
We suggest to refrigerate up on arrival. Yes, the sausages can be frozen.

If you order the larger packs, the shipping is the same as the smaller packs.
Thus, a 5 or 10-pair pack ship for the same price as the smaller one-pair pack.
