How to Measure Your Size

1. Prepare a blank sheet of paper.

2. Place your foot on the paper.

3. Mark the end of your heel and the tip of your longest toe.

4. Measure the length with a ruler and use our size chart to determine the perfect fit.

Refunds and Exchanges

We care about our customers and work hard to provide the best service available. We are sure you will appreciate the unique design and work put into each and every product however if you need to return an item that is not a problem. Items can be returned as long as they are in new condition. Simply return the product within 14 days After receiving for a refund, we will examine the product and will refund. Notifying us as soon as possible will also help us in processing the refund quickly.
You can Return the Shoes in 7 Working Days after the date of Delivery.
Please note shipping and packing costs are non-refundable. Also please know that custom-made products are not refundable since they are made to customer specifications. Products with initials/personalizing cannot be returned either. We try to keep in touch with customers during the production process of custom orders so we can achieve the desired results.

After receiving the product, it will be examined and you will be refunded in 3-5 business days.
