To use it you simply rub a 50c coin size amount onto the tips of your fingers after washing your hair and massage it into your scalp, this takes 4 to 5 mins and if you like rub some through your hair lengths to strengthen and repair any existing damaged hair shafts. and dry and style your hair as normal.
