Shipping & Delivery; Free delivery only applies to UK orders which are shipped via Royal Mail 48. Orders to Europe are charged at £9.99 and are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. Orders outside of Europe are charged at £14.99 and are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked. For UK orders, you can typically expect your items within 4-6 working days of placing your order. For international orders, you can typically expect your items within 7-15 working days of placing your order.

Quality; As this item is 3d printed, it is possible it may contain some minor blemishes and imperfections from the printing process. However, please be assured that we have a certain standard that all of our 3d prints must meet before they are shipped. These minor blemishes will never affect the usability or durability of the item but please be aware of this before ordering. Dependant on the item, we use resolution as low as 0.05mm to achieve the best possible prints. We use real pictures of our printed items and the item you receive will be of the same or better quality than what is shown.

Model replicas, cosplay and prop items; Sometimes we may show images of how the finished product could look, after it has been finished and painted. However, unless they are marked as ‘Painted’, these are for demonstration purposes only and you can expect that the prints you receive will require ‘finishing’ i.e. light sanding/smoothing/painting should you wish.

Painted items; Some of our listings offer fully hand-painted versions and will be clearly marked as ‘Painted’. We use a high quality paint to achieve an authentic finish. These are created to order and the finished product may vary slightly in appearance. Our painted items have a slightly longer lead time as they are painted to order, please allow an additional 3-5 working days for delivery.

Custom Sizes; As all of our items are printed to order, we are able to offer custom sizes that may not be listed as a variation. If you require something in a particular size, please do contact us and we’ll try to help.

Eco-Friendly: Unless otherwise stated in the auction, we use PLA plastic which is derived from plant based corn starch. This is one of the most bio-degradable plastics you can use in 3d printing, whilst at the same time, still remaining durable and able to withstand everyday use.

Some of our items have been printed from models that other people have created. In these cases, your delivery will contain a small label giving credit to the original author.
