Chebe Hair Butter, Hair moisturizer

Chebe Powder is a powder that is traditionally used by women of Chad in their hair care routine to nourish and hydrate their hair.

This Chebe Hair Butter is made from Chebe powder that has been infused in oil and blended to Unrefined Shea Butter along with Castor, Grapeseed, Avocado, Sweet Almond Oil, Jojoba, Organic Coconut Oil, and Argan carrier oils. Lavender, Rosemary, Tea Tree, Peppermint, Sweet Orange, Lemongrass essential oils and Nettle Leaf natural herbs.

Chebe Hair Butter can assist with the hair care routine of those with low porosity hair- which tends to be dry as it adds and retains moisture, making it softer and easier to manage. Results may vary as this hair butter may not be suitable for all hair types, so knowing your hair type and its’ needs are key.

The final product appears exactly as it is shown in the photos upon packaging, however, after settling in the container for a while it thickens up a bit, which is what you see when it is delivered to your home. You can stir the Chebe Hair Butter when this happens and it will become smooth again.

You will also notice that even though it appears thick, the moment you rub just a small amount into your palms, its’ texture is smooth. If the hair butter is exposed to cold temperature it will become firmer, if it is exposed to warmth will loosen up, and to heat will become oil, please be aware of this especially during the summer months.

Lemongrass essential oil is one of the oils used to make the Chebe Hair Butter and its scent is noticeable more so than the other essential oils even though a small amount is used. If you do not like the smell of lemongrass essential oil and would prefer a Chebe Hair Butter made without it, you can send a message and your hair butter will be customized without it. However, if you would like a Chebe Hair Butter made from another natural butter other than Shea Butter, there will be a nominal fee assessed per the size of the Chebe Hair Butter requested.
