Organically crafted Pequi Oil is extracted from the wonderfully fragrant fruits of Caryocar brasiliense, growing in the vast tropical savanna ecoregions of Brazil. The other common name for this rare fruit is Souari Nuts as the nuts of this fruit are often eaten in the same way as many people eat roasted peanuts.

Pequi Oil has high content of Vitamin E and provitamin A cartenoids as well as a unique combination of Oleic and Palmitic fatty acids that contribute to its moisturizing capabilities.

Color may vary depending on the time the fruit is harvested.

Melts on contact with the skin and semi solid at room temperature.

Order cancellations will be accepted 24 hours after being placed. After that there will be a $5 fee for all order cancellations and a 10% restocking fee for items that are returned due to buyer negligence.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES:
When you receive your tracking number that means your order is now in the processing phase. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you receive your tracking number on a Friday evening or Saturday then tracking may not update until the following BUSINESS day.

***Mondays*** are restocking days. On this day I will be replenishing sold out items, restocking supplies and doing inventory.

***Tuesday – Thursday*** I will process orders. Based on the number of orders needing to be processed orders may ship the following business day or days. Please keep in mind that the post office operates Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If there are too many orders then this will push shipments into the following business day.

*** Friday *** I will be allocating this day to refreshing product stock, refreshing listings and listing new products.

**Saturday & Sunday are used for developing new products and product ideas as well as my Cosmetic Science studies as i am a full time student.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged, please go to your local post office and file a damaged claim. Once you have done this. they will reimburse you for your damaged item. If you want your item replaced you will have to file a claim with your post office and open a case on etsy in order for me to work with etsy to replace damaged, lost or delayed items.

LOST OR DELAYED:

Orders that have been marked delivered but are missing requires a geolocation scan from your local post office. This scan will indicate where the driver was located at the time the order was marked delivered. Contact USPS 1877-275-8777 and file a service request once you have that service request number contact etsy and open a case providing that service request number in order for me to work with etsy to resolve your issue.
