**Returns and Exchanges**

When shipping our products, we cover the relevant customs fees for the US and ship them using DHL Express.

1. You can return the product to our address in Turkey and receive a full refund. Please note that return postage costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

2. If you would like to make a size or height change, we will remanufacture and ship your new product, covering the DHL Express shipping costs listed in our listings, without you having to return the product.

3. If the options above are not suitable for you and the product does not meet your expectations or you have a fit issue, we will refund 30% of the product price and we can complete the process without requiring a return.
