I recommend a tapered introduction to this product if you have never used anything this potent before. Apply 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks, then increase to daily for the next 3 weeks. After 30 days apply twice daily DO NOT RINSE.

FINE HAIR:
If you are unable to use as directed, Please use as

OVERNIGHT treatment: Apply a generous amount to scalp and massaging for up to 5 minutes. Leave overnight. Wash style as usual

HOT OIL treatment: on damp hair apply a generous amount to scalp massage well. Cover with plastic cap and heat for 15 min. Shampoo and style as usual

STEAM Treatment: apply a generous amount to scalp and hair massage well and sit under steamer for 5-7 minutes.

PRE Shampoo Treatment: Apply a generous amount to scalp and massaging for up to 5 minutes. Leave on as long as possible before shampooing.

HAIR HABIT DISCLAIMER:
Please apply second application at least 2 hours before bed to ensure maximum scalp absorption. Please discontinue any bad habits while using the oil such as tight hair styles including braids, ponytails, twists and buns. If you wear head wraps please understand that this can cause friction, pulling and lead to hair thinning. When covering the hair use satin or silk. Cotton will absorb the product away from where it is needed.

Order cancellations will be accepted 24 hours after being placed. After that there will be a $5 fee for all order cancellations and a 10% restocking fee for items that are returned due to buyer negligence and/ or orders cancelled outside of the 24 hour window. Wholesale And bulk Orders Are made to order and will require 20% restocking fee and a 54$ cancellation fee due to lost of materials.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING SCHEDULES:
When you receive your tracking number that means your order is now in the processing phase. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If you receive your tracking number on a Friday evening or Saturday then tracking may not update until the following BUSINESS day.

***Mondays*** are restocking days. On this day I will be replenishing sold out items, restocking supplies and doing inventory.

***Tuesday – Thursday*** I will process orders. Based on the number of orders needing to be processed orders may ship the following business day or days. Please keep in mind that the post office operates Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If there are too many orders then this will push shipments into the following business day.

*** Friday *** I will be allocating this day to refreshing product stock, refreshing listings and listing new products.

**Saturday & Sunday are used for developing new products and product ideas as well as my Cosmetic Science studies as i am a full time student.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

If your item arrives damaged, please go to your local post office and file a damaged claim. Once you have done this. they will reimburse you for your damaged item. If you want your item replaced you will have to file a claim with your post office and open a case on etsy in order for me to work with etsy to replace damaged, lost or delayed items.

LOST OR DELAYED:

Orders that have been marked delivered but are missing requires a geolocation scan from your local post office. This scan will indicate where the driver was located at the time the order was marked delivered. Contact USPS 1877-275-8777 and file a service request once you have that service request number contact etsy and open a case providing that service request number in order for me to work with etsy to resolve your issue.
